FINAL COUNTDOWN

With just over 2 weeks to go before the Ball planning is complete and its just the final preparations being done now.

Auction, Silent Auction and Raffle prize lists are being updated and circulated, but it’s not too late if you have any contacts or ideas; this is our most important fundraising event of the cycle.

Raffle tickets are being sold by many of the trustees, if you can’t make the night itself.

With the usual wheelbarrow generously donated by B&Q Bridgend filling up, please could I ask that if you can bring a bottle, no matter how random to add to the collection it would be greatly appreciated.

The night will include the customary game of Heads and Tails so a £1 would help.

Timings:

The Event starts at 6:30pm please with the meal being served from 7:15pm.

We have a full evening of entertainments planned so need to make a prompt start.

Unfortunately the bar closes at 1am, which heralds the end of the event for 2026.
